Post 1:  Accounting Officer

Our client, a small trading company in TSTE, is looking for an Accounting officer.

Salary: 25-28K x 13+ discretionary bonus

Business: Trading outdoor recreation & sportswear products.

Company size: 8 in HK.

5-day work, 10 days annual leave, medical scheme, reasonable workload, stable business and finance support.

As the only accounting staff in HK office, Responsible for all accounting activities including A/R, A/P,

Handling queries related to accounts and transactions by TT or bank transfer, Communicate with China office & vendors in Mandarin,  Contacting clients and vendor about transactions and invoices through email.

5-8 years accounting experience in trading company. LCCI, Diploma holder in accounting studies.

Post 2：Information Security/ Business System Implementation and Support  –  Assistant  Manager

Salary range: $38,000-$45,000 x 13+ discretionary bonus

Our client , Apparel sourcing MNC in Kowloon Bay is looking for IT Assistant Manager.

Company size is 100+ in HK, including approx.. 20 staffs in IT dept.

5-day work, double pay, discretionary bonus,  medical scheme

Job Accountabilities

Support & maintain the global IT Infrastructure and security, networking, VC & communications system, Develop procedures and programs for system monitoring,  backup and operation services,

Provide technical and security support services to all offices worldwide,

Design, establish and improve security event monitoring, logging and reporting system; two factor authentication, Disk/Data Encryption and Network Segmentation; improve intrusion detection and prevention system, Perform regular network scanning, analysis and vulnerability identification; troubleshooting and  ensuring high information security, Plan and provide application training and support services to the users, Plan and coordinate support activities among the Support Team members, Compile system documentation, training materials and manuals, Maintain good relationship with users and provide feedback to the development team on using the systems, Assist the implementation of Application Systems.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma holder of  IT,  Computer Science or related discipline

Minimum 6 years’ experience in information and network security, preferably in multi-national companies, Good knowledge in popular security solutions and technologies including Firewall, Network Monitoring software, Intuition Detection and Prevention, Data Leakage Protection, Computer Security and Vulnerability Assessment, Two Factor Authentication and Data Encryption, Solid experience in installing and configuring hardware and software solutions is required, knowledge in scripting, syslog, event management systems, Snort and other Open Source security tools running on Linux and Windows platforms, Self-motivated, professional, adherence to Company policies, sense of urgency, deadline conscious, work independently, attention to details, responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills
