Course Rules and Regulations

1. Once the course registration procedure is confirmed, it cannot be transferred to other courses or cancelled. All paid fees are not refundable, and the course fee cannot be transferred to third party.

2. If you are absent from class, there is no refund for the paid tuition fee.

3. The course registration is on a first-come first-served basis, and the number of quota is limited.

4. IBDS reserves the right to change the time, content and tutor of all courses.

5. If the course needs to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, IBDS will send an email notification or call or WhatsApp to notify the students about the cancellation of the course not less than 2 days before the class. If the course needs to be cancelled due to other reasons, IBDS will notify the students as soon as possible. Students can apply for refunds. Refund procedures must be processed within one month from the cancelled course date, and no refund will be made after the deadline.

6. When the typhoon (No. 8 or above) or a black rainstorm warning signal is hosted, the course will be cancelled. Under normal circumstances, if the typhoon signal of No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is lowered 4 hours before the start of the class, the class will continue as usual.

7. When the typhoon (No. 8 or above) is hoisted, the ongoing class will be cancelled.

8. When the black rainstorm signal is hoisted, the ongoing class will remain continued.

9. For all classes cancelled due to typhoon or rainstorm warning signal (please refer to items 7 and 8), IBDS can arrange a make up class on another day at its discretion.

10. During the course of the class, please take care of your personal belongings. IBDS will not be responsible for any loss.

11. IBDS reserves the right to take photos or videos during the class for the purpose of  future teaching or promotion.

12. Participants are not allowed to record or take photos without prior application or approval from IBDS.

13. All tools and facilities in the classrooms are belong to IBDS. Students are responsible for correct and proper use. If there is any damage to the tools and facilities, the student must compensate for all losses.

14. If any student or any person suffers any direct or indirect casualties or property damage in relation to the course, IBDS shall not bear the responsibilities. Students should protect IBDS from all lawsuits, claims or compensations caused by their actions, negligence or any loss or damage caused by any means.

15. All courses materials are copyrighted by IBDS and may not be reproduced, distributed online or used illegally. IBDS reserves the right to pursue legal action.

16. IBDS reserves the right to modify the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, IBDS reserves the right of the final decision.
