It helps the practitioners and employers, who are engaging in this industry, to avoid disorderly disputes and harm the relationship between management and employees.
Our tutor has extensive working experience in the Mainland China for many years. Real case studies will be discussed during the class.

3. Aim
This course focuses on providing managers with modern knowledge of business management. All courses focus on practicality and work with day-to-day management, focusing on the combination of theory and practice. In addition to general classroom learning, management case studies are introduced, and participants are required to participate in problem discussions and complete assigned exercises.

Suitable for those who work in human resources in the Greater Bay Area, or those who are interested in exploring human resources management in the Mainland China.

(1) The legal risks faced by enterprises when implementing human resources policies and measures;
(2) Labor contracts and common human resources disputes;
(3) to explore the benefits to employers and employees from human resources management;
(4) Explore how human development can promote the productivity of enterprises.
