Learn how to express your anger, to overcome your aggrieved feeling and unwillingness, and gain the trust from people around you. Do you often suppress your anger because you don’t want to ruin the relationships with people? Did you loose your rationale and speak any regrettable words when you were angry? Eventually, you can realize the anger and able to express yourself properly without damaging the relationship with others.

6. Outline

(1) Make good use of anger as a form of communication;

(2) the five characteristics of people who are unable to express their emotions;

(3) the method of sweeping impetuousness and making you happy;

(4) the three common self-expression ways;

(5) the art of “tantrums” that does not undermine interpersonal relationships; (6) the speaking skills of conflict situations at workplace;

(7) practical case of speaking exercises
