3. Aim

Managers often encounter various management problems. They have to apply management skills to deal with these problems. In order to enable the managers to improve their ability to deal with problems, this course was established to provide a platform to the practicing managers. Through theoretical study and practical discussion, it enhances the managers’ skill in problems solving in the aspect of personnel management. The course is conducted by experienced lecturers. The course content consists of various management topics, case studies and discussions.

Suitable for department supervisors or people with solid working experience.

36 hours, 12 sessions, 3hours/session (Saturday 10:00am-1:00pm

12. Remarks

Certificate issuance: 

1. Upon completing the course and passed relevant evaluation, with the attendance rate of 80% (each module), students can apply for the certificate issued by the HKFTU.
2. This course is also recognized by The Society of Business Practitioners, UK. The graduates can apply for the「Diploma in Leadership Management」through HKFTU at their discretion. (Additional fee HKD2,800 is applicable.)
