3. Aim

Business psychology is the study of the psychological behavior model of an organization and people within business activities. This applies psychology theories to the working environment. It intends to improve work efficiency, communication within the organization, employees’ motivation and satisfaction.

This course is designed to enhance the students’ understanding of the theory of business psychology. Teaching will be conducted by means of lectures, discussions and case analysis on business level. This could enhance the students’ ability to manage their work and motivate their staff.

Suitable for all managerial staff or entry level management

5. Duration

28 hours, 4 days, 7 hours/day (Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm)

Certificate issuance :

1. A certificate,issued by HKFTU (Spare Time Study Centre) will be awarded for those candidates who have achieved 100% attendance rate, completed all assessments or requirements
2. This course is also recognized by The Society of Business Practitioners, UK. The graduates can apply for the「Certificate in Business Psychology」through HKFTU at their discretion. (Additional fee HKD1,700 is applicable.)
